I have taken addmision in a Institute named ICA (The Institute Of Computer Accountant) where I have started my course but at the end of my course the institute does not provide me the certificate as i asked for the certificate the institute charged me Re addmission fee of Rs 2500/- and told me that you will get your certificate after 10 days but after 3 months still i have n't got my certificate. What can I do now?
