AICTE
DELAY OF GATE STIPHEND

Hello Sir,

I am B.Sumalatha studying II yr M.Tech (S.E) in Mother Theresa institute of Science and Technology, Sathupally, Khammam (District), Andhra Pradesh (State). I got an admission into M.Tech through GATE 2008 in the cademic year 2009 and my GATE % is 90.71.i am the first eligible person in the college to get GATE stiphend. All the nearby colleges in the khammam district has received their stiphend one month back. But our college management is saying that they haven't received any thing. They are forcing us to pay the semester fee. i am totally dependent on stiphend to pay my fees and to carry my project work.

i am in confusion that whether the college is telling lies or AICTE has not sanctioned. please tell me what should i do.

how to know whethet the AICTE has sanctioned or not.if not sanctioned how should i proceed to get stiphend.
