I went to Anmol Gas Agency, Kamala Nagar to exchange my Regulator. I was asked to go to Owners House in Prakash Nagar which is 5 kilometers. First I went at 2pm and waited for 30 minutes. I got an answer that Owner has gone out. Again I went at 5pm and waited for 30 mintues. Again I went back at 6.30pm and waited for 45 minutes. Finally the owner turned up. He forced me to buy Gas Tube costing Rs 180 and Charges for Regulator is Rs 250. I informed him that I have bought Tube just last week. Finally I had to shell down Rs 250 for the Regulator.
2 years back I exchanged Regulator with the same person at which Time he forced me to buy only Gas Tube for Rs 180.
Regulator should be exchanged free of cost. This is unfair. Although I wasted lot of time going 3 times wasting my petrol and personal time, to his house, waited for more than 105 minutes, it was unfair on his part to charge me.
Why a person like me has to wait only for a particular person to come and issue. A staff can be made responsible for distribution of Regulato
