Dear team

I have perches Sony digital undershot camera sd930, Through indiatimesshoping.com and my order no is -111782670, at 2.58pm, dated 8 august for the same I have paid 6288/- through ICICI Bank Net banking (A/c Id- 037501504999) on same time for the same my account is debited by Rs-6288/- and transaction id is SB3921108 . When i called customer care they says that we have not received your payment but how can this possible I got a massage form indiatimes that your payment is received and your order will be send to within 7 working days.

At present when i search the order status OUP Waiting for Gateway Response

I just want to confirm that when will my order will take place.
