Faulty product - Extremely undesirable service
I had purchased a Air Sofa 5 in 1 on 18 may. This product was extremely faulty one. It developed punctures as soon as one sat on it for more than 1 hour. i recived the product through AFL courier detail mention below :

When i ask for Courier person for Invoice its not attached then call to contact number of the person is mentioned as 09833567123 he say me that he will send me on my email address . i have shared my emal number with him but not send any Invoice
The product is mentioned with 3yr of warranty. After I recieved the faulty pruduct which has developed several punctures, I asked for repair or replacement. But no response was given. The person does not answer to calls made to his number.
Even after contacting 1-2 times, i got extremely undesirable responses.
