Pls arrange to send my duplicate bill of BSNL Broadband No.0565-2430084 on email id ([email protected]) for the month of August'11 and also provide details why in Sept'11 bill excess charges made. Inspite of many reminders in Bhagwan Nagar & Dampier Branch of Mathura, till date I have not received any information about the above.
