Sub: Connection Shifting_Phone not working

I have applied a broadband connection (0484-2809469) shifting on Jun. But they are shifted and connected (0484-2349479-Not working) on sept 2nd 2010 but not working yet (They had taken 3 months for a connection shift). I had called several times to Palarivattom exchange. Everyday they are telling like today they will check the issue.
But iam mentaly tired from their response. please help me to connect my land line as soon as possible. I already wasted my time to call several peoples Now I have a booklet of contact number they have given for this issues (Most of them not working).
