I AM HAVING LANDLINE TELEPHONE (NO: (0481) 2433751) AND HAVE ALSO AVAILED BROADBAND FACILITY UNDER THE PLAN HOME 250 (1 GB FREE USAGE FOR A MONTH). I HAVE PAID BROADBAND CHARGES IN ADVANCE FOR 1 YEAR BUT FROM LAST 2 WEEKS MY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING. I AM NOT ABLE TO BROWSE ANY OF INTERNET SITES. THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS FROM MY SIDE BUT MY PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED AT ALL.
