I am using Airtel connection for more then 5 years now, Being TOP leaders in Internet connection or potpaid, I never expeted this.
I have broadband connection already n applied for shifting from my OLD address to New address within the same region, I have requested this on27 may and as per SLA the connection should be shift within 3 working days. This is the commitment I have recieved from customer care executives. BUT as of now the connection is not yet installed and its now 5 working days and most worst thing is that, I am the one who is calling customer care again and again to know the status and issue why its not yet installed. Eveyday i got the message from AIRTEL tat you Service request number 4701234 would be completed in SO or SO time but it did't happen till now.
Never expected such a bad response fom a huge company like Airtel
