BSNL EVDO 750/- plan(monthly)
Very bad Browsing and Downloading Speed

BSNL EVDO offer 3.1 MB/sec Downloading Speed, but here in Silchar we receive ONLY (25kb/sec) - (40kb/sec). So, what is the advantage of investing Rs. 750/- 77 (Tax)= 827/- (Per month)???

Please give me a sollution as soon as possible,
