Wrong Charging against GPRS

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have recharged my mobile account by Rs. 98 for GPRS on 24th March.

After that whenever I browsing internet in my mobile service provider (Idea Cellular Ltd.) charges me for the GPRS use while it is under limit.

Kindly look into this matter very seriously.
