Ripoff/ fraudulent Advaced Systems Optimizer will not fully uninstall after trial period is ove

I was told by them if I want Advanced Optimizer off of my machine, that I would have to buy it.

I tried your software for 30 days and I didn't see an improvement. After the 30 days I decided to unintstall it. However, when I did, it will not restore my windows display panel. How do I restore it back to before I installed your software?

2. The instance when you received this error.
3. The name, version and edition of the operating system you are using.
4. The feature (s) you used of Advanced System Optimizer after which you are facing this problem.

Your program takes over the display settings. I no longer want to use your program. When I uninstalled it, your program did not restore the display settings so that I may change the background image, screen saver
and monitor settings. I would like these settings back. However since I am past my 30 day trial, it won't allow me to get back into your program.

Regarding your query, I am afraid it is not possible to install the trial version again once the trial period is expired. The only way to use the product again is by purchasing it and installing the registered version of the product.

However, you can change your background image and other settings through Control Panel or by right clicking on your Desktop area and clicking on Properties option.

Your program changed the properties option as it does not give me but one option
on using a theme. I am wanting to get my other options back. I am also not
wanting to use your software as I seen no change in my computer.

I have and I keep getting confussed people. This is starting to piss me off since this in my 5th or 6th email and it hasn't gotten any farther then your
last email. I have Advanced System Optimizer V2 trial edition. It is expired and I want to remove it completely. I have removed it, but it did not restore
my display settings of which only shows one tab for changing themes, nothing else for the desktop or display. I want my display settings restored to how it
was before I tried your program.

1. Go to contol panel through start menu and double-click on Appearance and Themes option in the window.

2. Now, select the desired option from 'Pick a task' heading to access different display settings option.

That's not what I want. I want my settings like they were before. I could right click the desktop and access my settings. I don't have an "Apperace and Theme" icon. The only one I have is a "Display" which I use to do my settings from. Now I don't have a screensaver, can't
change my wallpaper, can't change my monitor settings... the only thing I can change is my "Theme" setting.

Regarding your query, I suggest that you do a system restore to undo changes on your computer and restore its settings and performance. To do so, go to Programs via start menu. Here, go to Accessories and then to System Tools. Now, click on System Restore and follow the steps in the wizard.

Also, please note that when you follow the steps given in our previous e-mail, you will get all the missing icons in your display box.

I can not do a Restore, as it will delete work that I have done as it's been almost 2 months since originally installed. I want this situation fixed NOW. It's been over a month talking to you people with nothing helpfull at all. I want my original settings back to normal. This is rediculous and I am extremely upset with this situation. Do I need to take legal action?

Regarding your query, it seems you changed your display settings using Advanced System Optimizer which can only be reverted once you install it again on your system and change those settings. However, due to security reasons we do not allow our customers to reinstall the trial version after the expiry of the trial period.

I want someone to give a call at work. This is rediculous. Is this how you treat your potential customers..."Here try our product" "Oh I'm sorry you can't
get it off your machine but if you spend $50 and buy the product, we can get it off for you". What a bunch of malarky. It was a free trial and if you didn't
like the way it worked, you take it off. How difficult is that? I have removed the product and it did not restore my settings. Please have someone give me a
call at work to discuss this further.
