This is Anand my Airtel Number is (01147563223 in name of Shive Kumar Rastogi) and i have suffering from Airtel's pathetic services from July Fixed line and broadband both are not working from 1st july I raised several service request but but never got the resolution, finally I raised the cancellation request 25th july which was forwarded to retention team. on 28th july retention team executive Sandeep (mob. no. 9999699228) visited and convinced me to continue the no. and also promised for visit of engineer to fix the problem and also offered other plan for which I agreed and gave my consent., but as on today 5th aug neither the engineer has visited to fix the problem and also not getting proper response from customer care, the technical request no 1542044 already closed without resolving the same.
what the hell with your services its really horrible and IRRITATING. Every month there is a issue...
