My name is Jackie Vora and my # is 9987796202. I activated my 3G plan on 18th May (250Rs 1G). It is 22/05 and I just received an sms from Airtel (sms name ADAIRSVC) stating that my 3G Usage is 1077MB which is not possible. I checked on 121 3G USE and was told that I have used only 126.87MB and also spoke to your customer care representative Biplab Sinha and was told the same thing that my usage is 126.87MB.
I even feel that the 126.87MB has been wrongly calculated. I feel the company is using wrong tactics to force customers to change to expensive plans.
I want written email for this mistake from your end and that I will not be charged anything extra as my usage is only
126.87MB and not 1077MB.
I want a complete breakup of my usage as of today.
