Hello My name is Praveen. Myself along with my wife have applied for Voter Id in the last quarter. When I received, the address is mentioned slightly wrong. When I asked them that time itself they did not responded properly and asked me to change it later. Its their fault since they are not able copy the characters properly. If the people dont know how to copy the address whatever we wrote, then I dont know why and how the Indian govt is allowing such fellows in this post. Now when I asked for change i address, they are asking me to wait till January. Since I need to apply for passport urgently and having only Voter ID as residential proof, I am in a mess now. Please suggest what can be done on this issue.
