Non receipt of monthly statement since last 12 months

Dear Sir,

I have been transferred from Indore to Maharashtra from 01.09.2007. I have not received any bank statement till now may be due to not changing the address.

Therefore I request you to provide me monthly statements for my credit card no. 4384 5999 1390 8892 for last one year.

I will be grateful if you could deliver it by monday (22.12.08) as I require same to clear my loan file.
