I will like to draw attention towards bad behavior of Station Master of Poonkunnam, Kerala
Today on 21-12 i was to helping my spouse and kids to board in train Guruvayoor-ernakulam passenger from poonkunnam station. Train arriving 7.15 am. But stationmaster gives ticket to passengers start at 7.00am. And he gives tickets very slowly. Now in kerala school holidays start. Too many passengers waiting for tickets. Some passengers questioned the slow process of station master, but station master response very bad, he use bad words against the passengers, and shut the ticket counter. More than 50 passengers waiting fot tickets. The poonkunnam station master behavior not good
Please take action against poonkunnam railway station master
