My name is Angad Kumar having BSNL post paid connection one india plan and situated in Uri, Dist Baramulla, J&K as an officer of NHPC Ltd. First, i am very thankful to BSNL to provide communication facility in this remote area, but we are regularly paying monthly rental and gprs connection charges also. I have following complaints with BSNL: (1) My office is at Salamabad from where it is very fortunate for me if after hundreds of try a connection/call completes. (2) Generally no incoming comes but always false ring goes to the person who are dialling to me. (3) My outgoing call are barred from last 9 days without any intimation. On 30.12.2008 there is no bill or amount is outstanding from my side as the bill is already paid before due date i.e. 12.01.2008. the bill was paid in two parts on 26/12 and 29/12. It is requested that my outgoing calls shuld be restored immediately.
