BSNL
Boradband connection and Telephone line not working for the past 2 weeks

Hello,

I stay at Electronic city, Bangalore. Both my husband and me are software profressionals. For the past 2 weeks our BSNL Telephone line and broadband connection are not working. The official in our area, a Mr Nimbalkar keeps telling that he will see to it but has still not bothered to do anything. We are not able to do any office work because of this.
