Dear Sir,

I sent a speed post letter to Premshankar Chaturvedi, Village- Dhamana Bujurg, Post- Dhamana Bujurg, District- Kanpur (UP) on 18/02 morning. It was very important. it was carring some important doccument. It is not delieved till now. I am so disspointed by this type of post ofiice service. I lost a good opportunity due to this. and want take action against it. what should i do now?
