The above said telephone connection is not functioning for the past one month. Inspite of my repeated requested made to the Thondamuthur Exchange, they simply told that the cable fault will be corrected by the Contractor who have under taken the contract work and the exchange could not do any thing in this regard. In this regard I wish to inform you that I have regularly paid the Telephone bill within the due date and no default has committed from the date of connection to till date. The Officials has not taken any steps to set right the fault, so I have no other option to brought this matter to you. Kindly take immediate action in this regard.
