I have been complaining in BSNL office regarding the problem faced in my mobile (no.9420853471). I am not getting any incoming call since 15th of July. Mine is a prepaid connection and right now I am in roaming (since June 7th). I had Rs.10 balance in my account till 16th July but BSNL cut my balance for calling in customer care also. They have deducted my balance and not giving me service also. My sim validity is till 3rd of December. It is Anant plan.
