I am a consumer of bsnl mobile

My Sim No - 9438240067

I am recharge my phone with voucher of 99/- for use of Internet for one month on 05.07.09 .

But from 23.07.09 when I use innternet Rs. - 17/- will deduct from my Main Balance.

Thats why I am book a complain No. - 3627590 in BSNL costumer care but thair will no responce from BSNL.
