Irresponsible service

Sir,

I gave the complaint several times to my telephone (PURASAIWALKAM) exchange from 11-08-09 regarding my telephone and broadband cable being cut, but to no avail. I personally went to the exchange twice but the Junior Engineer on my second attempt said that the technician has gone to my house only. Till now theyn't rectified it.

List of complaint details as much i knew,

Complaint to my telephone exchange on 18-08-09 through phone

Complaint to my telephone exchange on 19-08-09 personally

I urge the authority to take necessary steps to provide the service without any interruption.
