Sir,

I used BSNL portal (value added services) for online topup of my prepaid mobile no. 9418133570 for Rs. 110 on 19.10.09 vide Transaction ID TXT1910200900354 receipt No. 88888349444, and Rs. 110/- was deducted from my ICICI bank account no. 045101500810, status of transaction was successful as per detail from your portal.

I contacted BSNL Mobile all India Helpline *Number '9400024365' many times they advised me to contact local BSNL authorities, then I personally contacted local BSNL authorities they forwarded my complaint. But till date my mobile is not credited with said amount, nor even I got any refund back to my account, it was almost 16 days over now, kindly credit my mobile with said amount or refund my money back immediately.
