NON PAYMENT OF KVP AT DUE DATE OF MATURITY

Sir, I purchased KVP Sl No 85 BB 387549 and 85 BB 387550, Regd No 18728 dated 09 03 2002 from SPM (LGS) BIHTA PATNA.It is due on 09 11 2009 and I want to take payment at post office Air force stn Avadi. Therefore I sent a letter for confirmation and transfer at this post office on 14 07 2009 . Again I sent a reminder on 22 10 2009. But till date it is not yet confirmed. Please do the needful.
