Can't see broadband usage

I am using bsnl broadband service and from last 6 days i am sufering from the problem of usage detail. whenever i log on to www.data.bsnl.in only blank white screen appears on the monitor but, the details or login format didn't appears. so please sir clear the problem . solve the problem as early as possible
