Me Tanushree Saha an user of BSNL BROADBAND (Home 250) for 2yrs.
My modem type is:- SmartAX MT841.
No light of Link is blinking for more than one month, so i'm unable to surf the net.
But still BSNL is sending the bill. Pls do something.
