MY BSNL PHONE (0172-2579280) IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE LAST THREE MONTHES.WE LODGED THE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT USELESS. A LINEMAN CAME AND DONE HIS OFFICAL DUTY AND ASKED THAT FAULT IS FROM EXCHANGE.SINCE IT HE NEVER COME AND WE ARE PAYING HEAVY RENTAL BILL WITHOUT ANY USEAGES.
