I got a house from this builder in Nanmangalam. His name is Elumalai. Will look like an innocent man. But he is a big cheater cum actor. He acts well do to doanything. He is doing Real Estate business. Selling houses in his name. All the houses he build are like plastic. He uses only very very low quality materials for the construction. Worst quality things and materials. Promises everything before he gets money but he is a big cheater in all aspects. He is doing this busiess for long time, but the people who houses form him are running behind him. He never cares for people. His mobile no is 9445258429. So people be aware when you see some ads in papers or some refernce about Elumalai Promoters or Elumalai (9445258429). He will spk well, act well but does nothing. He is also a crime searcher for some false patta activity. He sells land in some other names also. So be care when you get a land from him. It would be registered already n some other name also.
We people are investing in Lakhs for a single house in chennai which we buy in life time, but the people like this dogs make use of it and make money for them by giving the worse quality houses and cheating us.
So pls discourage this kind of fraud builders. Chennai builders association pls take action on this fellow imm.
I am one of the big sufferer of him with lot of families also searching him.
