My aged uncle is unable to go personally to do his gas booking. Hence he calls his agent, Gorachand Indane Service, 27 Circus Avenue, Kolkata-700 017. Unfortunately he is never able to get their telephone number. However when he does get successfull in connecting with one of the 2 numbers given for gas booking, he is told that this is not the number for booking. So how does he do his booking? It is my request that action should be taken to ensure that this service centre do not keep their numbers engaged and harrass aged customers in getting through. Thank you
