We went to purchase the fridge at electronic shop, there we chose the hitachi 306 ltr fridge. we told to dealer we want hitachi fridge but not display piece we want fresh and pack piece. dealer assured us that he will send us fresh and pack piece, i marked on that piece, when they delivered the fridge i was shocked to see that dealer sent same piece which we seen at his shop, we contected to dealer he told by mistake it has happened within 2 days i will replace your item but 45 days over now dealer is telling that hitachi fridge is not available in market you take another fridge. now i want to ask to hitachi company wheather they don't have piece or dealer is fooling us.i feel that i have been cheated.
