I have purchased HP laptop (Hp Pavilion Dv5-1104Tu Notebook PC - Product Serial No. CNF8431N33) on 26 Jan and filled registration form against gift with this purchasing on 28 Jan and received Redemption Code JHSQ12R8PF and Made A DD of 1499 bucks for processing and handling charges fee against required terms & condition and sent all necessary documents to Their office (HP Redemption Cell ) & My documents have been 2009 received on 4 Feb on their office. Claim status page from their web side attached with this mail.
Now according to Terms & condition they required 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP Redemption Cell to process . (HP offer attached with this mail).
Now 30 weeks spend still I have not received my gift from their side.
If I wrote any mail for my gift, They always sent following massage
"Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that the gift will be dispatched within the next 7-10 working days.
Inconvenience caused due to delay is truly regretted."
Pl help to solve this problem.
