DDA Housing Scheme Refund Cheque

Sir,

I had applied for flat in the DDA Housing Scheme vide application number 0489242. The form was deposited in the Dwarka Sector 7 branch. My name does not appear in the list of successful candidates. DDA Brochure says that the Nodal Branches of the banks are solely responsible for despatch and any losses of the refund cheques. I have not yet received the refund cheque yet and the phone number provided by DDA for ICICI Bank is not responding.

Kindly look into the matter.
