Non refund of nhpc ipo amount

I have applied for nhpc IPO 350 Nos. (2 lots) online through icicidirect.com vide demat a/c no.-35302112. I have not allotted any shares of NHPC and the stock has been listed since 1st SEP'09 but till date i have not received or credited the amount which has been debited from my account for this purpose. I have contacted ICICIdirect customer care several times and they told me to contact Karvy computer shares in this regard.
