POOR SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIVITIES

I'm chinnammal from sankaramalaipatty, karur, tamilnadu. My customer number is 19672.I'm using the LPG service nearly for 2 years. The service provided by PARAMESHWARI AGENCIES, KARUR is very worst and fradulent activities are going on. As per the government rules, the customer may renew the LPG cylinder after 21 days. But the situation in our (Parameshwari agency) agency is the customer should register for renewal after 40 days (date:07 dec). After the renewal, The consumer can get the cylinder after 20 days from the date of renewal (date:04 feb)..I got the cylinder only after 60 days.how can I able to utilize the cylinder with a family having 5 members after 60 days. LPG cylinders are sold for tea shops and for cars. So I request you to take necessary actions on this issue.
