Non delivery of booked cylinder for filling

I had booked a cylinder on 17th Jan'11 with M/s Global Indane, Dumduma, Bhubaneswar having consumer number A24636. Till date, the same is not delivered. When I went to the agency to inquire about it, the staff had promised to deliver. but tilI now its not delivered after repeated request.request you to please look into the issue.
