I am looking for a new cooking gas connection since last one year but whenever I approach any distributor, I am told that I will have to wait till the new connections are allowed. But I never get to know whenever such connections are being given, if at all.
There are two kitchens in my house but only one gas connection. When I asked an IOCL official about a new connection, he said it is "illegal" for one household to have two connections. But since my mother in law and myself stay seperately in the same house and have two kitchens, I need a separate connection.
The Indane website is not clear about (1) when and how often new connections are given (2) about the legality of having two connections in a house.
