Non Delivery
Dear Sir,
Myself Devendra Singh Samant customer of M/s Sahi Gas Agency, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. Our customer number is 32292 & its in the name of myself.
I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is extremely poor. on 10.01.2008 i booked for LPG gas, bookong sr. no. is 1019991
First time.(15.01.2008)
I went to the said agency to ask the gas, but they replied "today is short supply of gas and we'll provide tommorrow by second half.but they dint done this.
Second day.(17.01.2008)
i called to mr. Bobby on his no. (9899951762). he replied
that his delivery vehicle is not operational so we cantt provide gas today and told me that i can get gas by tommorrow morning.
third day (today)
i awaited by 11.00 am yet they dint supplied the gas to me
i called him again he told me that delivery van is nearby you
still i did not get gas cylinder.i m facing trouble for non delivery of gas.
I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.
