I am pasting the same mail I have sent the MD Sharat and Manging Partner Surya about my concern. Basically these guys are frauds trying to take our 3 months work for free and also get away with 1 lakh rupees of 11 month contract upfront payment off which they have given a PDC for 70000.
Dear Sharat / Surya,
This letter is regarding our outstanding payment for BSNL Data Entry project taken from your company-Jasper Informatics. We have stopped receiving daily data from you without any intimation while we had a11 month’s contract. We have come across a few other unpaid vendors who are experiencing the same problems with your company. Hence we have resorted to give a Police complaint today post which we are going to approach the media to cover this issue such that your company does not cheat anyone else in future. You have been promising to make a payment from the last three weeks which you have not adhered to hence we choose to take the legal route to ensure we recover our money.
- In case you have decided to discontinue the BSNL project please make a payment of our advance initial payment of Rs 70, 000. For which you have issued a cheque of Rs 70, 000 dated 30th September as bank guarantee from “Oriental Bank of Commerce” bearing cheque number “315469” and from account number “52661011001009” This bears signatures of both Surya and Sharath.
- Contract between me and Jasper Informatics was signed on 6th August at
your Hyderabad office. Post which we had started work on 27th August
- We had raised our first Invoice bearing invoice number 421571jas1025 (invoice number given by Surya on a mail) on 27th September for Rs 1, 26, 000 which is outstanding.
- Our 2nd Invoice was raised on 30th October unusually with the same invoice number 421571jas1025 as per Surya’s instructions. This invoice was for Rs 1, 20, 000. Our 2nd Invoice amount is also unpaid from your end.
- Now the total sum outstanding is Rs 3, 40, 000 breakup is mentioned below.
- Rs 70, 000 Initial signing amount for 11 months contract
- Rs 1, 26, 000 outstanding amount from 1st Invoice
- Rs 1, 20, 000 outstanding amounts from 2nd Invoice
- Rs 30, 000 Work submitted on 28th & 29th Oct / 2nd & 3rd November
- The quality report you are sending is baseless and we have sent Surya a mail after
Correcting the same report. For which we have not revived any communication.
Please make arrangements to settle our dues at the earliest, we are willing for part payments in case you are facing financial difficulties. Please understand we have incurred huge expenses in setting up 10 systems and paying salaries for 2 .5 months along with other Operational expenses.
