SUB: DELEIVARY RELATED PROBLEM FROM BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR
My Consumer No: 14306, SV NO: 000065249 DATED 2/6/2000, Card Serial No: 210593. I am very much upset about my BHARAT GAS Distributor’s policy matters related with delivery manners (M/S: SHYAMA BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR, CODE- 461872).
Thanking you for your earlier letter dated 14.11.2008 containing Sub: BGR-E RE: Feedback Reference No: 42536.
My husband spoke with Mr. Manik Roy (In-charge, Customer Relation Center / Kolkata) on dated 17.04.09 about delay of delivery then he assured him to take care of this matter. I became very much astonished that distributor had not delivered gas on 18.04.09 too. I furnished my booking dates and delivery dates belonging from February 2008, below,

Although I am holding Double Cylinder facility but facing problem in every months. My neighbor is a consumer of IOL, Mallick Gas Distributor, Hooghlyghat but their delivery is so prompt as 3-6 days after booking. You please verify my complain and feed me back.
