MY CONSUMER NO: 14306, SV NO: 000065249 DATED 2/6, CARD SERIAL NO: 210593. I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED ABOUT MY BHARAT GAS Distributor’s POLICY MATTERS RELATED WITH DELEIVARY MANNERS (M/S: SHYAMA BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR, CODE- 461872).

YOU KNOW WELL ABOUT THE INCRESED PRICES OF GAS CYLINDERS BUT EVERY MONTH THERE ARE SOME UNACCEPTABLE OFFERS RELATED WITH THE DELIVARY OF GAS CYLINDER. IN THIS MONTH THEY FORCED ME TO PURCHASE A MUSTERED OIL PACK WORTH RUPEES- 80.00/. INSPITE OF ME DENAYING TO PURCHASE THEY ARE FORCING TO TAKE OR IN CASE THEY ARE REFUSING TO DELIVER THE GAS, I AM SO MUCH INSECUERD OF THEIR BEHAVIOUR PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK WHAT STEPS I COULD TAKE TO GET RID OF THESE REGULAR PROBLEM.
