No action against broadband complaints

I complained for poor broadband (Complaint No.- 5467) on 27th March following which a technician visited my house to have a look at the problem. He told me that modem is fine and the problem is due to humming in wire line. He even talked to some official and asked him to get my wire replacement done. But nothing has been done so far even after 15 days.

I even complained of noisy line on 198 (complaint no. 1321 dated 8th April) and the only result I got is that LINEMAN calls me 5-6 times each day asking " TELEPHONE THEEK HAI KYA ". Even the supervisor K.D.Sharma just keeps doing the same. I dont understand how will it be corrected without doing. The only problem I think is that I will have to give some money to the Lineman to correct it.

Now I think that I made a big mistake by subscribing your broadband service.

Please help me out in getting the wire changed and thus solving my broadband and telephone problems.
