Got an Onida 29 inch TrueSlim TV. The pictue suddenly has become distorted, warped, wavy, corners stretched at the corners, channel logos gone out of screen. The same complaint was there 4 months ago. Company personnel took almost a month to repair the problem, till which time some part of the internal electronics was taken away by the company service personnel. They installed the part after 1 month, the TV was non functional till that time. I dont know if that was the brand new part replaced or just a refurbished one, . we were told that the company engineers were still experimenting on the model cuz it was a very new model. The same problem has recurred. Am I justified in asking for a replacement of the entire set? since the same problem has recurred twice and its still in the warranty period. does it indicate manufacturing fault of poor quality!
