This is regarding my Saving Account No. with HDFC Bank (Manjalpur Branch, Vadodara), I was having Fixed Deposit of Rs.25000/- & your bank had given me the facility of Debit Card against FD for Rs. 13000/-
Due to my busy working shedule, I forgot to repayment the same over due amount but as I was enjoying the facility against my F D, I was not at all defaulter with your bank.
But, with great surprise, I found my name from "CIBIL" report that I am defaulter with the bank.
Before, 6 Months I closed the account & also get my 13000/- as balance money after settelling Debit Card over due amount.
In this case I feel that, as I have received my amount back and also I was having debit card facility against Fixed Deposit, the bank should not have any complaint of over due amount as I got the balance of Rs. 13000/- credited in my saving account.
I here by notice you to give me clean cheat letter, or otherwise I will have to file suit against your bank for my credit loss.
