2. My wife name is Sandhya singh not Shandya which is fill up wrong by your field executive.
3. My personal mobile no. is 9811262880 & home mobile no. is 9910719472.
So please delete wrong information of mobile no. 9999296034, 9910719479 to my policy.
4. My mother's father name is Ram Rekha Singh. So please delete wrong name Bharat Singh to my policy which is fill wrong by your field executive.
5. I have my parents, wife with four sisters in family. So delete brother information to family history & do correction below information in my family history.
