Fraud Cheating by Pal Group Builder in Sec 78 Faridabad

Booked a flat in Sec 78 Faridabad with M/s Pal Infrastructure & Developers Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon by depositing Rs.7.65 Lacs during 07. The builder has not commenced construction till date & refuses to refund the hard earned money nor the flat. There are many investors like me. Can any one hear our VOICES. The builder is a fraud & cheater like AJAY JADEJA. Consumer Forum action in this regards to the highest level is requested.
