Passport not received

Respected sir,

I had applied for passport on 05th JULY in Kolkata. I am presently staying in hostel in tumkur district of KARNATAKA, which is 65 kms from bangalore.

My Police verification have been done succesfully at my hostel in the month of JUNE.I have submitted the Bonafide Certificate and Residential Certificate to the verifying officer.

But when my brother enquired about my Passport status in Kolkata RPO Office, they are telling to submit the Residential Certificate and Bonafide Certificate. I donot understand why i have to submit the certificates again when i have already submitted to the Officer in tumkur. They are not even allowing my brother to talk to the SUPDT.

I have to give the GRE exam in the end of this month and i will be needing the passport as my identity proof. So please dispatch my passport as soon as possible.

So please overcome my problem immediately. I will be highly obliged to you for this.
