Customer Care passing on the buck...!!!
The customer care instead of catering to the problem, is just passing on the charges to others. at times they ask to hold till the time they check our information and then cut the call abruptly.
if these people do not know to deal with the customers, don't spend too much money on them. Please improve your services. the incoming calls to my number 9895083610 has been barred and that too without any reason. i have lifetime validity and balance too. even outgoing call can be made.
