Telephone disconnection/ non adjustment of prepaid balance on postpaid conversion

I had taken a corporate connection 9810966055 last week, God knows how the verification was done, they disconnected the number, and then they said because there was a previous balance of Rs 527/- on account of a previous number they had disconnected it.

Now the story regarding that Rs 527/- is rather interesting. Few months back, I used to have a prepaid connection of airtel, the number was 9871553143 (Month of August)

It had a prepaid balance of Rs. 400, trans id 1660065399. I got that converted into postpaid and then corporate. That number was also disconnected because of verification problems. I did a lot of correspondence with the erstwhile nodal officer, Aarti Handa but with no results.

I left the number because I could not spend so much of time without results.

Now I still have no problems to pay that amount but, the balance Rs 400 which was not adjusted in the bill should be adjusted, and both the numbers should resume.

I have had enough trouble and I feel that airtel officers including the verification executives don’t aim at resolving the problem.
